When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Shipping quotes start at $9.99. We do our best to update the quantities of products on our website in a timely manner, but sometime things are sold out at our physical store faster than we are able to update. If your item of choice is unavailable, substitutions may be offered. You will be contacted with an update withing 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Final shipping price will be calculated after your order is finalized. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 48 Hours of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Products such as meats, cheeses, and other refrigerated items will be shipped only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via UPS 2nd Day Air to help maintain freshness and food safety during transit.Frozen Items
Due to the high temperatures and extended transit risks during the summer months, frozen items will not be shipped.Heat-Sensitive Items
Items including chocolate bars, chocolate-covered wafers, and chocolate-covered cookies will be shipped only Monday-Wednesday.
