After Placing your order you will be contacted within 48 hours with your delivery date and delivery window. Once your order is on its way you will receive an update with an estimated time of delivery. PLEASE NOTE, THAT BECAUSE THE ITEMS WE SELL ARE EXTREMLY TEMPRETURE SENSITIVE NO ITEMS WILL BE LEFT ON THE DOORSTEP, UNLESS ADVICED BY THE CUSTOMER TO DO SO! Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Shipping quotes start at $26.00. We do our best to update the quantities of products on our website in a timely manner, but sometime things are sold out at our physical store faster than we are able to update. If your item of choice is unavailable, substitutions may be offered. You will be contacted with an update withing 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Final shipping price will be calculated after your order is finalized. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
K&V Bulgarian Market will not be responsible for spoiled temperature sensitive products, resulting from items left at the doorstep!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
