  • Heat Shipping Advisory!

As we enter the warmer months, we are implementing seasonal shipping changes to help maintain the quality and safety of our products:

  • Shipping of perishable items, including meats and cheeses, will be suspended starting June 1st

  • Heat-sensitive items—such as chocolate bars, chocolate-covered wafers, and chocolate-covered cookies—will be shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS Priority Mail to minimize exposure to high temperatures during transit.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we take these precautions to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

  • Delivery within the Houston Area

After Placing your order you will be contacted within 48 hours with your delivery date and delivery window. Once your order is on its way you will receive an update with an estimated time of delivery. PLEASE NOTE, THAT BECAUSE THE ITEMS WE SELL ARE EXTREMLY TEMPRETURE SENSITIVE NO ITEMS WILL BE LEFT ON THE DOORSTEP, UNLESS ADVICED BY THE CUSTOMER TO DO SO! We do our best to deliver within 72 hours from placing your order. Delivery Zip Codes

  • Shipping 

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Shipping quotes start at $26.00. We do our best to update the quantities of products on our website in a timely manner, but sometime things are sold out at our physical store faster than we are able to update. If your item of choice is unavailable, substitutions may be offered. You will be contacted with an update withing 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Final shipping price will be calculated after your order is finalized. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • We ensure that all orders are properly packaged to guarantee that you receive your goods in perfect condition.  
  • If you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, please take photos and e-mail us right away: info@kandvbulgarianmarket.com
  • Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled packages left outside.  You will be provided with tracking/delivery updates, so it is critical that you retrieve your package right away upon delivery and place any perishable items in the refrigerator/freezer. 
  • Items Not Available for Shipping!

Cases of Drinks (Water, Soda etc..), Frozen items (meats, frozen pies), Large Glass Jars and Bottles, Large Tubs of Cheese. Bulk items and Flour Larger than 2kg.

 

  • Return Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 48 Hours of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 not responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled packages left outside.  You will be provided with tracking/delivery updates, so it is critical that you retrieve your package right away upon delivery and place any perishable items in the refrigerator/freezer.  

  • If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
